Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WealthVault SG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Nature of the service

WealthVault SG is a personal finance tracking and planning tool provided free of charge by dontjustwork. It is designed to help you organise and visualise your financial data — it is not a licensed financial advisory service.

All projections, scores, estimates and recommendations generated by the platform are for educational and informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.

Not financial advice

Nothing on WealthVault SG constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other regulated advisory service. CPF projections are estimates and may differ from official CPF Board figures. Always verify important figures directly at cpf.gov.sg.

If you require personalised financial advice, please consult a licensed financial adviser in Singapore regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Your account and data

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the platform
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures

Intellectual property

The WealthVault SG platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is the intellectual property of dontjustwork. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

dontjustwork provides WealthVault SG on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss or other damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any projections or scores generated by the tool.

Service availability

We aim to keep WealthVault SG available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the in-app announcements system. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
